The App Fair Project: Intellectual Property Disputes

Rights holders, developers, users and platform providers may report intellectual property concerns about the App Fair or any app it distributes to ip@appfair.net.

Identify the app or listing, the material at issue, the rights claimed, your authority to act and a way to contact you. Include supporting references or documentation. Please provide information accurately and in good faith; any legally required notice formalities also apply.

The App Fair reviews notices and may request clarification, contact the developer or restrict distribution while a concern is assessed. Relevant information may be shared with affected parties as needed to address the dispute. Material found to infringe rights is removed or otherwise restricted as appropriate.

Developers may respond or request reconsideration at the same address, identifying the decision and providing evidence of authorization or error. Responses, counter-notices, reinstatement and any required deadlines are handled under applicable law. There is no automatic entitlement to reinstatement, and this process does not replace available legal remedies.
